A true haven of peace by the lake, semi-private and very wild. With panoramic views of the lake, to the west and the mountains, a 3-season solarium offers spectacular sunsets.

The site offers a host of outdoor activities, an ideal place to recharge your batteries and enjoy nature at its best.

The fact of being completely autonomous from the hydroelectric network (and not seeing its wires everywhere) thanks to a high-performance and efficient solar system, with storage capacity in batteries and an efficient 12 volt current converter to 120/ 240 makes the place unique and autonomous in all seasons.

The ground floor is equipped with a high-efficiency wood fireplace, and a slow combustion stove heats the basement, in addition to additional propane gas heating as needed, or when needed. is absent. The water is heated by a very efficient instantaneous gas heating system, the stove is gas and the 2 fridges run on gas or 12 and 110 volts. We have all the comforts of a city residence, but in autonomous mode, and surrounded by nature.

The chalet has a massive wooden frame and a rustic and warm charm with a cathedral ceiling offering spaciousness and brightness on the ground floor and the mezzanine where the master bedroom is nestled.

A guest bedroom is available on the ground floor and the chalet has a large full-height basement to add a 3rd bedroom and/or family room if necessary.

Just 10 minutes from Chénéville and all services (grocery store, bakery, butcher, gas station, pharmacy, etc.) and the splendid Lac Simon and its sandy beaches, 1 hour from Gatineau, 1h30 from Montreal and 40 minutes from
Trembling.

A visit will convince you.

Real estate fascinated me from an early age. At 21, I obtained my real estate agent's license and at 24, I became a broker and agency manager, making me one of the youngest broker-managers in Quebec. I was working at the same time in an insurance and financial services company where I became vice-president of marketing. I have always followed a continuing education in administration and real estate, obtaining a BAC in business administration (b.a.a.) from UQAM and the F.R.I. of the Real Estate Institute of Canada. I got involved in our real estate board as director and in our community as director of the St-Jovite tourist office, to then become founding president of the Mont-Tremblant Tourist Office. Not having enough work to do, I also acted as project manager for several constructions, which brought me a solid experience in construction and also helped several real estate developers in their developments.

In addition to assisting the agency's brokers in their duties, I take my clients' real estate needs to heart in order to make their transaction as pleasant as possible and facilitate each of its steps.

My frankness and my transparency have always been my best trademark.

You can contact me without obligation and in complete confidentiality.

For your real estate projects, give me your challenges and I will be happy to take them up.

Advising you is my job.
